BHAGAVAD GITA: CHAPTER 6, VERSE 17
In this verse from the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna explains to his disciple Arjun that those who are temperate in their lifestyle (i.e., eating and recreation, balanced in work, and regulated in sleep) can mitigate all sorrows by practicing yog.
Moderation is the key.
Yoga is the only ancient science of wellness for mind and body that has been helping individuals/seekers to maintain equanimity at all levels (i.e., physical, mental, and spiritual). Wellness is achieved only when we have an optimal state of health. This state of optimal health is possible only when there is complete physical, mental, and social well-being. The mere absence of disease or infirmity does not mean an optimal state of health.
The wellness programs of YogicSolace™ ensure that physical wellness and mental equanimity occur in balanced and healthy harmony.
