Roma Bhadra, the founder of YogicSolace™, has been a yoga practitioner
since early childhood. However, the practice of ‘yog’ halted when
she started her legal studies at National Law Institute University, Bhopal. After completing her legal studies, she worked as a lawyer in many reputed organizations.
Like most of us, she could not have a balanced work-life routine. The
work-life imbalance resulted in artificial stress in her life. The stress and bad lifestyle choices caused her to suffer many lifestyle diseases. Her answer to every stressful situation was to eat and drink more. Over a decade of unhealthy lifestyle, she gained 30 kilograms and developed thyroid issues and irritable bowel symptoms.
She tried many remedies to cure herself. None of them proved effective in overcoming
overcome her unhealthy lifestyle. It was then, in 2016, that she resumed her
‘yog’ practice which she had learned as a child. Slowly, over time she was
able to heal herself physically and connect with her inner self.
The personal journey of healing herself through ‘yog’ eventually motivated her to help ‘others’ in a similar situation because of their work-life imbalance and terrible lifestyle choices.
She regularly shares her yogic experiences through her various social media handles and provides insights on yogic practices and philosophies through her blog.

Without physical and mental health, our ‘journey in life is incomplete. A
